Does RepFlow publish replies for me?
No. You review and edit the draft, then choose whether to copy or insert it. Publishing remains in your control.
Do I need my own AI API key?
No. RepFlow handles reply generation through its own service.
Can I use the free trial without a card?
Yes. Generate your first reply without signing up, then verify your email with a one-time code to unlock 9 more. The trial lasts up to 14 days and requires no payment card.
How does the 7-day Unlimited trial work?
Verify your email in RepFlow and choose monthly Unlimited. Eligible new subscribers get 7 days with no reply-count cap, subject to fair-use rate limits. A payment card is required. After the trial, it renews at $29/month plus applicable tax unless you cancel beforehand in the extension’s Manage subscription link. You will see the renewal date and receive a reminder before the first charge. This offer is separate from the 10 card-free replies and is available once per account.
What happens if I use all 200 credits?
Buy another $19 pack whenever you need it. Each purchase adds 200 credits to your existing balance, with no monthly wait or automatic charge. Alternatively, choose an unlimited subscription.
What information is used to write a reply?
RepFlow processes the review text, star rating, business name, and the guidelines you choose to save. Read the privacy policy for details.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription and cancel future renewals through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal linked in the extension.
