What RepFlow does

RepFlow is a Chrome extension that creates suggested replies to Google reviews. It is not affiliated with Google. It does not publish replies automatically. You must review each draft for accuracy, suitability, and compliance with your business policies before you use or publish it.

Free trial and usage

Eligible new users can generate one draft without signing up and verify their email with a one-time code to unlock 9 more drafts, for up to 14 days total. Verified trial credits remain linked to the same account after reinstalling. A successful new generation uses one draft credit; copying or inserting an existing draft does not create another draft. Trials are subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Your responsibilities

Use RepFlow only for reviews you are authorized to answer. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential data, or instructions that violate another person's rights. Keep your license credentials private. You are responsible for the final text you choose to publish. AI drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Service availability

We may correct errors, update the extension, or restrict abusive use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Credit packs and subscriptions

Each $19 one-time purchase adds 200 draft credits to your existing balance. Credit packs do not renew automatically, have no expiry, and can be purchased again whenever needed. Unlimited subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Unlimited plans have no reply-count cap during a paid or subscription-trial term, but request rate limits and abuse protection remain in force. The final price, tax, and renewal details appear at checkout. The card-free 10-reply trial does not start a subscription. Eligible new subscribers may separately start monthly Unlimited with a 7-day free trial and a payment card; it renews at $29/month plus applicable tax unless cancelled before the trial ends. One subscription trial is available per verified account. You can cancel through the billing portal and keep access until the trial ends. Annual Unlimited is $300/year and has no trial.
