Refund Policy

RepFlow payments: The 10-reply trial requires no payment card. The separate 7-day monthly Unlimited trial requires a payment card and renews at $29/month unless cancelled before it ends. Other plans are $19 once for 200 non-expiring credits, or $300/year for Unlimited with no trial. Applicable tax appears at checkout.

First payment

Request a full refund of your first RepFlow payment within 14 calendar days of that payment by emailing repflow58@gmail.com. Include the order email or order number so we can find the purchase. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply to you.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew automatically. Each purchase adds 200 credits. If a pack is refunded, its credit allowance is removed from the account; remaining credits from other purchases stay available.

Subscription renewals and cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Renewal refund requests are reviewed under the payment provider's terms and applicable consumer rights.
